In conjunction with Sofitel, Sydney and Food Companion International it was on! We had a lively Authentic Ceylon-style High Tea Masterclass whilst sipping Ceylon tea at the shared table with Sydneys International chefs. Host Boris Cuzon, Executive Chef of Sofitel, Sydney in conjunction with Sri Lankan Airlines and Masterchef 3 Finalist Kumar Pereira focussed on the real dynamics of Tea matched with real Sri Lankan food. PLUS a Classic vs Modern discussion with Celebrity TV chef Peter Howard and Head Chef of Sydneys Longrain Louis Tikaram. The chefs seemed to thoroughly enjoy themselves and good to hear their stories and about their kitchens and working smarter with the young gun chefs in the future. A very thought provoking discussion and fun time was had by the group!
